Module: International Legal Cooperation in Civil Matters

February 27-28, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted two sessions of the theoretical training from the module on International Legal Cooperation in Civil Matters under the curriculum on National and International Legal Order.

This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addressed the following: International Legal Cooperation in Civil Matters and Jurisdiction Based on the Law on Contested Procedure.

The training methodology included interactive discussions based on practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges, including one members of the Bosnian community.
