Module: Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters

During May 2-5 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters, within the scope of the National and International Legal Order curriculum. This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Gazmend Qitaku, Director of the International Legal Cooperation Department within the Ministry of Justice.

Topics elaborated within this training are the International Legal Cooperation in the Republic of Kosovo; the importance of international legal cooperation.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
