Module: Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters

On 28 and 29 July 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for Newly Appointed Judges (Fifteenth Generation), conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module “Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters” as part of the curriculum “National and International Legal Order.”

This module was delivered with the support of Mr. Gazmend Qitaku, Director at the Ministry of Justice, Department for International Legal Cooperation.

The topics addressed in this module were International Legal Cooperation in the Republic of Kosovo; The importance of international legal cooperation; The training methodology was interactive and based on practical case studies, ensuring active engagement of participants.

Beneficiaries of this training were 18 newly appointed judges for the 2026/2027 term.
