Module – Domestic violence; Session one: Criminal domestic violence

June 27, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module on Domestic violence in the criminal aspect, held by the trainer Mrs. Shenaj Berisha, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office. This session is addressing the following: Domestic violence and forms of its manifestation, the motives/ factors that influence the occurrence of domestic violence, mental problems - stress or depression, and the request for an emergency protection order. The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
