
Module – Constitutional Justice in Relation to the Judicial and Prosecutorial System
April 28-29, 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on Constitutional Justice in Relation to the Judicial and Prosecutorial System, within the framework of the curriculum The National and International Legal Order.
This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Supreme Court, and the trainer Mr. Faton Bajrami, judge at the Commercial Court-Second Instance.
The trainings addressed the following: The function of the constitutional court and the effects of the constitutional court.
The training methodology used an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Serbian community. (generation 2025/2026).
