Module – Constitutional Justice in Relation to the Judicial and Prosecutorial System

On November 17–18, 2025, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the fourteenth generation, the Academy of Justice conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module “Constitutional Justice in Relation to the Judicial and Prosecutorial System”.

These sessions are part of the curriculum “National and International Legal Order” and were delivered with the support of trainer Mr. Faton Bajrami, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addressed the following key topics: The function of the Constitutional Court; The effects of decisions of the Constitutional Court.

The training methodology was based on an interactive approach, supported by practical case-based discussions.

The training benefited 20 newly appointed judges of the 2025/2026 generation.
