Module – Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system

On 28-29 May 2026, Academy of Justice under the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation conducted the two sessions of the theoretical training from the Module on “The Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system”, under the Curriculum “The national and international Legal order”.

This module is being conducted by the trainer Mr. Faton Bajrami Supreme Court judge.

This Module is covering the following: Function of the constitutional court and effects of the Constitutional Court.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges 2026/2027.
