Module – Administrative law; Third session: Initiation of administrative conflict

On March 15, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the "Administrative Law" module, held by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court. Thus session is addressing the following: the procedure in the administrative conflict, the types of lawsuits, the exhaustion of regular administrative legal remedies, the deadline for filing lawsuits against the administrative action, the object and procedural conditions for filing other lawsuits and general provisions for judicial procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
