Module: EU law; First session: the role and competences of the European Union institutions

On March 12, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting the first training session from the "EU Law" module, held by the trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Expert in EU law. This topic, is addressing the following: the competences of the European Union, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and the EU Court of Justice are being addressed. The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
