Module – Law of obligations; Second session: Construction contract

On March 18, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the "Law on Obligations" module, held by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: the field of contract implementation, the principles of contract law, the conditions for conclusion of contracts, the special conditions for the conclusion of the contract and the form of the contract. The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
