Module: Law on Obligations; Session Six: Unjust Enrichment, Unauthorized Foreign Affairs and Unilateral Expression of Will

On March 22, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the "Law on Obligations" module, with the support of the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session addressed the: the verdict related to the claim of unjust enrichment, the performance of foreign affairs without an order (negotiorum gestio), the unilateral expression of the will, as a source of obligations and the public promise of reward. The training methodology is the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
