Module: Law on obligations; Session four: Cause of damage as a source of obligation

On March 20, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Law on Obligations" module, with the support of trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge in the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: tortious civil liability, causes of material damage, tortious liability and contractual liability, change of circumstances and exclusion of liability for the damage caused. The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
