Module – Law of obligations; First session: Notion, characteristics and classification of obligations

On March 12, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Law on obligations" module, held by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: the law on obligations and the real right, sources of the right of obligations, the notion of characteristics and the classification of obligations, the object of obligations and the classification of obligations. The training methodology is interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
