Module: Property Rights and Other Real Rights

On July 06-16, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for newly appointed judges of the fourteenth generation, conducted nine-session theoretical training from the module “Property Rights and Other Real Rights” within the framework of the curriculum “Civil, Administrative and Economic Law”.

This module was conducted by the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, Chairman of the Judicial Council and Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addressed: Judicial protection of property rights, real rights in foreign objects, confirmation, constitution and termination of easements, possession and its protection, acquisition of ownership by construction, neighboring law and construction law, general reviews, co-ownership and joint ownership and acquisition of ownership - ways of acquiring ownership.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive and case-based method.

The beneficiaries of the training are 19 newly appointed judges, 2025/2026.
