Module - Family law; Third session - Special forms of protection of children without parental care

On March 22, 2024, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, delivered the theoretical training from the "Family Law" module which is being conducted with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj President of the Appeals Court. This training session is addressing the following: adoption and its types, organized family placement, guardianship, ways of exercising guardianship and guardianship for special cases, and for minors. The training methodology is implementing practical cases and through exercises for writing a a judgment on this topic. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
