Module: Expertise and Analysis

During July 7-22 2025, the Academy of Justice within Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted six sessions of theoretical training from the module on Expertise and Analysis under the curriculum scope on the Criminal Procedure Code.

This module was carried out by the trainer Mr. Arian Gashi, Prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecutor's Office.

This module covered the following: Expertise as a procedural action in criminal proceedings; expert and his procedural position in criminal proceedings; expertise as evidence in criminal proceedings; expertise and analysis according to the CPC and types of expertise.

The training methodology used an interactive discussions method based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed prosecutors 2025/2026.
