Module – Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility

During April 22-25 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed judges (the thirteenth generation) is conducting the theoretical training from the module on Professional Ethics and disciplinary responsibility, held by the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Supreme Court.

This module is conducting the training on the following: Principles of Code of Ethics for judges, the responsibility, violations and disciplinary measures for judges, and the disciplinary responsibility for judges. Training is delivered through interactive discussions methodology and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member of the Serbian community (2025/2026).
