Module - Professional Ethics and Disciplinary Responsibility
On November 17–20, 2025, as part of the Initial Training Program of the Academy of Justice for the fourteenth generation of newly appointed judges, four theoretical training sessions are being delivered under the module “Professional Ethics and Disciplinary Responsibility.”
These sessions are implemented within the curriculum “Personal and Interpersonal Skills” and facilitated by Mr. Lumni Sallauka, Judge at the Supreme Court.
The module covers the following key topics: Principles of the Code of Professional Ethics for Judges; Judicial responsibility; Violations and disciplinary measures applicable to judges; Disciplinary procedures for judges.
The training methodology is based on interactive learning and the use of practical case examples.
The beneficiaries of this training are 20 newly appointed judges for the 2025/2026 program year.
