Module: Professional Ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session four: Disciplinary procedure for judges
On February 13, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training, from the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility", in support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
This session, is addressing the following: the disciplinary procedures of judges, as well as in the framework of this topic, the dilemmas of who can file a disciplinary complaint against a judge, where a complaint against a judge is filed, and what does the competent authority mean?
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
