Module: Criminal Report

On 07, 08 and 10 April 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program for newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module “Criminal Report” under the curriculum “Criminal Procedure Code”.

This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor’s Office.

This module covered: Criminal Report, Criminal Report from Other Sources, Dismissal of Criminal Report.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed state prosecutors.
