The Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, is delivering the following:

Module: Juvenile Justice Code - Session I

Topic: Structure of the Justice Code, types of measures and punishments against minors.

Trainer: Mr. Shpëtim Peci, prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.

Module: Criminal Code - special part - Session VIII

Topic: Criminal offenses against the legal order and failure to declare assets and false declaration of assets.

Trainer: Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Supreme Court.

The beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges of the XV generation, 2026/2027.
