Module: Juvenile Justice Code, second session - Measures and punishments against minors

On July 5, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Juvenile Justice Code" module held by the trainer Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.

This session is addressing the following: the imposition of measures and punishments for adults for criminal offenses committed as minors, the effect of punishment with the educational measure and diversity measures.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
