Module: Juvenile Justice Code, Session five Enforcement of measures and punishments against minors

On July 10, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Juvenile Justice Code" module held by the trainer Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor in Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.

During this session the following was elaborated: the subjects for initiation of the preparatory procedure, the beginning and duration of the preparatory procedure, the criminal police report and the duration of detention according to the judge's decision for minors.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
