Module: Criminal Code - general part; First session: elements of the criminal offense

On August 29, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on Criminal Code - general part, held by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This session is covering the following: the principle of lawfulness, application of the most favorable law, the basis and limits of criminal sanctions.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
