Module: Criminal Code - Special Part

During May 6 - 27 2025, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted a 7-session theoretical training from the module on Special Investigative Measures under the scope of the curriculum on Criminal Procedure Code.

This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Zejnullah Gashi, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina, Mr. Ersan Qavolli, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Peja.

This module covered the following: Definition of special measures, international principles and standards for implementation of measures and the admissibility of evidence obtained by means of an order for special investigative measures; the procedure for issuing orders for special investigative measures; deadlines for extension and renewal of the order for special investigative measures and assessment tasks.

The training methodology used interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed state prosecutors.
