Module: Criminal Code – special part; Session nine: Pollution, degradation or destruction of the environment

On July 24, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", delivered by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the illegal construction or management of factories and installations that pollute the environment, the assessment of the impact of projects on the environment, the provision of veterinary aid in an unconscionable manner, the illegal exercise of veterinary services and the mistreatment of animals and the contamination of animal food and water.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed state prosecutors of 2023/2024.
