The Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, is carrying out the the following:

Module: Criminal Code – Special Part – Session XI

Topic: Criminal offenses against the public environment, animals, plants, and cultural objects; criminal offenses against the safety of public traffic; and Chapter XXXI, criminal offenses against the administration of justice and administration.

Trainer: Mr. Valon Kurtaj, Judge at the Court of Appeals.

Module: Criminal Pretrial Procedures – Session II

Topic: Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant.

Trainer: Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges of the XV generation, 2026/2027.
