
Module: Cybercrime
During May 26-27, 2025, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on “Cybercrime”, within the framework of the curriculum “Criminal Code of Kosovo”. This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
The topics being addressed in this module are: Basic concepts for international cooperation and the law for preventing and combating cybercrime.
The training methodology used interactive discussions method based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
