
Module: Law on Minor Offences
During May 07-08 and in September 10-11 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted four-session theoretical training from the module on the "Law on Minor Offences" under the scope of the curriculum on "Legislation and Complementary Skills". This module was delivered by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
This module covered the following: minor offenses, minor offence procedure and minor offence judgment, bodies for filing a request for conducting the minor offence proceedings, judgments, rulings and legal remedies, and initiation and development of minor offence proceedings.
The training methodology was interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
