Module – Protection against Discrimination

On June 29–30, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module “Protection against Discrimination”. The training was delivered by Mr. Ramush Bardiqi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

This module addressed the following: the bases and forms of manifestation of discrimination according to the Law on Protection from Discrimination (LPFD), and The legal grounds of discrimination.

The training methodology was implemented through an interactive approach, emphasizing practical case studies to foster applied understanding.

The beneficiaries of this training were 18 newly appointed judges of the XV generation (2026/2027).
