Module – Case Management and Performance Evaluation

During April 28-30 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module on Case Management and Performance Evaluation, within the framework of the curriculum Personal and Interdisciplinary Skills.

This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Supreme Court.

The training addressed the following: Importance and principles of the case flow management; the purpose of the work of the courts and the basic methods in case management; as well as the control of rescheduling; leadership and measures of the judge’s performance; and the evaluation of the judge’s performance of.

The training methodology was conducted using an interactive method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
