Module – Case Management and Performance Evaluation

On November 21, 24, and 25, 2025, within the framework of the Initial Training Program of the Academy of Justice for the fourteenth generation of newly appointed judges, three theoretical training sessions were conducted under the module “Case Management and Performance Evaluation.”

These sessions form part of the “Personal and Interpersonal Skills” curriculum and were delivered with the support of Mr. Lumni Sallauka, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addresses the following topics: The importance and principles of case flow management; The purpose of court operations and fundamental methods of case management; Control of postponements and leadership in case handling; Judicial performance standards and methods for evaluating the performance of judges.

The training methodology is based on interactive learning and practical case analysis.

The beneficiaries of this training are 20 newly appointed judges for the 2025/2026 program year.
