Module: Skills Development and Stress Management

During May 6-7 2025, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the thirteenth generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on Case Management and Performance Evaluation within the curriculum scope on Personal and Interpersonal Skills. This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The topics addressed in this module are Health protection and improving the quality of work and life, and motivation and encouraging.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed judges including one member from the Serbian community, 2025/2026.
