Module: Parties in Criminal Procedure
On 01, 30, 31 July 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module “Parties in Criminal Procedure” within the framework of the curriculum “Code of Criminal Procedure”.
This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
This module covered:
- Principles in criminal procedure,
- Court competences and the exclusion of the judge,
- The State Prosecutor and the defendant and the defense attorney in criminal proceedings and the injured party in criminal proceedings.
The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.
The beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, 2026/2027.
