Module: Parties in the criminal procedure, competence and exclusion of the judge

October 28-30 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the 12th generation, conducted the theoretical training in three sessions from the module on “Parties in criminal procedure, competence and exclusion of the judge, within the curriculum “Criminal Procedure Code”. This module is delivered by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court.

This module covered the following: Principles in criminal procedure, competences of the court and exclusion of the judge, the state prosecutor and the defendant and the defense in criminal proceeding, as well as the injured party in criminal proceeding.

Training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community.
