Module: The Appeals Procedure and Rendering of Decisions in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office

During June 2-3, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the eleventh generation, conducted two theoretical training sessions from the module on the Appeals Procedure and rendering of Decisions in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office, under the scope of the curriculum on the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kosovo. This module was conducted by the trainer Mr. Agron Bajrami, Prosecutor at the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.

This module addressed the following: Appeals against the decision to dismiss the criminal report and termination of the investigation; and appeals regarding the prosecutor's failure to take action.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive discussions method and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed state prosecutors.
