Module: Uncontested Procedure; Session four: Regulation of personal and family situations

On March 12, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Uncontested Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is discussing on the following: the removal and return of the capacity to act, the declaration of the disappearance, and death of a person and the proof of death, the declaration of the disappearance of a person and the procedure of proving the death of a person. The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
