Module: Uncontested procedure; First session - Drafting of the decision in the uncontested procedure and legal remedies

On March 07, 2024, the Academy of Justice Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Uncontested Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: types of uncontested procedures, competencies, the form of decisions in the non-contentious procedure and the resolution of the preliminary case and the legal consequences. The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
