Module – Contentious procedure, part two – tenth session: Special contentious procedures

On March 7, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Contested procedure - second part", in support of the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, Judge at the Supreme Court. In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the procedure in disputes from the employment relationship, the procedure in disputes due to the obstruction of possession and the procedure in disputes of small value. The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
