Module – Contested Procedure - second part; Session one: Filing a claim in the court of first instance On February 21, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure-second part", held by the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judge in the Supreme Court. This session is addressing the following: Filing the lawsuit in court, the lawsuit, the types of lawsuits, the joining of lawsuits and the defense of the respondent. The training methodology is interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
