Module – Litigation procedure - part two; Session six: Evidence and obtaining evidence

On February 28, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, Judge at the Supreme Court. This session is addressing: the burden of proof, the facts that do not need to be proven, the means of proof and the taking of evidence, the witness, the expert, the inspection of the place and the documents, and hearing of the parties. The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
