Module: Contested Procedure - second part; Third session: Co-litigation and participation of third parties in the trial

On February 23, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on “Contested procedure - the second part”, held by the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judge at the Supreme Court. This session is addressing the following: material, formal, legal co-litigation, co-litigation with the eventual defendant, and the position of the parties according to the lawsuit of the third party (the main intervener). The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
