Module: Contested procedure – first part; Session five: Writs and service of writs

February 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation is conducting a theoretical training from the module on “Contested procedure – first part” held by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge in the Supreme Court. This training session is covering the following: action of the court in cases when the writ is not understandable and complete; examples of cases when the court instructs the party to amend- correct the writ; consequences of not completing the writ; correction of the writ; submission of the writ, delivery of the writ by the parties themselves, etc. Training methodology is interactive and case based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
