Module – Contested procedure - first part; Session four: Parties to the procedure in the contested procedure

On February 23, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on “Contested Procedure - the first part”, with the support of the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court. This session is addressing the following: procedural presumptions related to the parties, the understanding of the parties in the contested procedure, the procedural competence of the parties, regular legal representation in case of lack of procedural competence, the legal representative and the right to pursue the case in court (legetimatio ad processum). The training methodology is interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
