Module - Contested procedure - first part; Second session General reviews related to competence

February 21 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - first part", delivered by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge of the Supreme Court. This session, is addressing the following: competence of the Basic Courts, competence by the subject; when and how should the judge of the case assess the competence; the criteria that regulate the subject competence; no subject competence in relation to the other court; no subject competence in relation to the administrative body; not the competence of the court of the country; not the subject matter competence when the parties have contracted arbitration and the binding action of the decision of the second instance court regarding the competence. The training methodology is interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
