Vehicle Restraint Module – Use in Enforcement Procedures

On October 15, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program and in cooperation with the Kosovo Judicial Council, is conducting a training session on the topic “Vehicle Restraint Module – Use in Enforcement Procedures.” The engaged trainers are Ms. Ganimete Sfishta – Head of the Central Vehicle Register, Mr. Hekuran Kadolli – Database Administrator, Ms. Nexhmije Luma and Ms. Ajser Gashi. The purpose of this training is to build capacity and enhance the professional skills of enforcement officers for the efficient and accurate use of the Enforcement Module. The training methodology will be applied through lectures, exercises, and discussions, as well as through concrete case studies from practice. The beneficiaries of this training are the administrative staff from the Judicial Council and the Basic Courts from all regions of Kosovo.
