Module - Contested procedure - first part, Session seven: Completion of the procedure with a court decision

On February 28, 2024, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Contested Procedure - the first part", held by the trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the content of the judgment, giving, writing and sending the judgment, correction of the judgment, final form of the judgment and types of judgments are being addressed. The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
