Module: Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders; Second session - Psychiatric examination of offenders with mental disorders

On June 26, 2024, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module: "Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders", held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: the purpose of the psychiatric examination by the expert in the criminal procedure, observation in the health institution, content of the order for examination, and the competent institution for the psychiatric examination. The training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussions method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
