Module: Enforcement procedure; Session four: insuring the claim

On March 14, 2024, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Executive Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: the purpose achieved through the insurance measure, the types of insurance measures, the time when the request-proposal for the insurance of the claim can be presented, the Insurance measures from the ECtHR point of view, the insurance measure according to Family Law of Kosovo, the content of the decision on the assignment of the insurance measure and the possibility of the assignment of the insurance measure. The training methodology is interactive and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
