Module: Procedure According to Legal Remedies

On 07, 08, and 10 July 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the fifteenth generation, conducted three theoretical sessions from the “Procedure According to Legal Remedies” module under the “Criminal Procedure Code” curriculum.

This module was delivered with the support of Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge at the Supreme Court.

The topics covered in this module included: Regular Legal Remedies; Complaint Grounds for Filing an Appeal; and Extraordinary Remedies.

The training methodology was designed using interactive approaches and based on practical cases. A judicial simulation was also conducted within the framework of the module, held on the premises of the Court.

The beneficiaries of the training were 18 newly appointed judges, generation 2026/2027.
